There was some blood, but mainly because I didn't understand his aggressiveness in the back yard. Still don't quite understand it, I guess he was doing a "stranger" defense in the back yard. Now that I think about it, it might have been territorial. I was just taking out the trash, and on re-entry, he was extremely aggressive.
When I was leaving the house for the last time Sunday, I took out the trash. He was extremely aggressive as I walked back through the back-yard after taking out the trash. Growling, nipping, biting, etc. I could not keep him off of me and resorted to kicking him (close range, not much of a kick, more a push with my leg.)
So then we are in the house, and I am looking for any loose ends I need to clean up... all cool. I called him over to say goodbye, he came, and attacked me, bit me, and drew blood. That's how we parted, after a relatively uneventful week.
Dude needs help, and I know you all have told me he needs help, but I struggle to tell my brother. I do think I can safely tell him that I am now done with Oreo, unless he can mellow him out/train him.
That much I have learned, and I do think I will tell him this at Christmas Dinner.
