Hi,
I am wanting to do a DEZ Match M4 12.75" barrel. "pinned and welded" To the Noveske KX3 Flash Suppressor. DEZ 12.75" barrel + Noveske 3.28" =
16.03" This would exceed NFA Regulations.
Any thoughts?

Three hundredths of an inch is not enough margin for measurement error for me. I'd want at least .250. 5 years in a Federal prison would suck.
Also, are those OAL measurements?
if so, then where they thread/fit together, there is overlap, and will reduce the OAL of the barrel assembly by the amount of overlap.
How would NFA look at those notches in the front of the KX3? I like your idea! You could always weld a ring on to the front of the KX3 to increase the length a little if you think .03" is too risky.

Oh, looks like the length it adds to your barrel wouldn't be enough:

Looks like permanent attaching a KX3 to 13.7" barrel. For a total length of 16.1" is the way to go. Thanks, Guys
Please post pics if/when you do it. I want to see if it looks short enough for me to want to do it.

Holy magwell, batman!
I'm starting to get over how goofy a light looks at 12 o'clock.
Nice build! I used to run a KX3 on a 10.5" LMT. It was loud as shit on an entry gun!
