you just never know when one of your guys will swim to be a pro athlete or will end up a drunk lazy welfare baby.

a lot of it also has to do with parenting IMO. too many kids don't have involved parents.

I find it ironic as well. they want to try convicted serial killers and let them live a life of security in a prison where they can get college degrees, free food on my tax dollars yet kill babies on a daily basis
