    Default Fifth Element

All I can think of is the movie "Fifth Element" with Bruce Willis & Milla Jovovich..

    "Parasites in the landing gear"
    "Ground, d'you copy?"
    "Got it! Front gear."

Cue the ground crew with the flamethrower...

So would the TSA be more pissed about finding undetonated explosives, or a cell phone left on?

Probably the cell phone as the static discharged could've set off the undetonated explosives! HAHAHAHA.

People are found in jet wheel wells a couple of times a year. Usually, it's people trying to escape an oppressive regime. Makes you wonder about how the average person regards the state of liberty in the US....

I'd place my bet on "he was squished by the landing gear". Ain't much extra space in there. Damn stupid idea. But a good point about "if a fool can sneak in there to stowaway, why couldn't a different fool sneak a bomb in there?"

Our air travel system here in the US is wide open to attacks, ain't nothing can be done about it, really. They just inconvenience us travelers because they can, and we're easy targets all in one place. Makes the TSA look like they're doing something.

Who steals out of our baggage?
    Baggage handlers.
Who puts our baggage on the planes?
    Baggage handlers.
Who could most easily plant a bomb in a bag and put it on a plane?
    Hmmm, let's see.....

You'd think it would be baggage handlers, but you'd be wrong. It is actually people with bottled water and toe nail clippers.

Reminds me of this from a book I have about the Vietnam war. It's the legs of an ARVN soldier trying to escape from Da Nang. He was crushed to death in the wheel well. Apologies for the quality, I tried finding it online but couldn't, so I took a photo of the page.
