Trijicon tritiums are adjustable so that the always face you as well, doubt I can explain it, but I'll try- The front sight post sits on a shaft with it's own independent detent plate on the base the two plates rotate independently one on top of the other. Adjust the height of the front sight post by moving both plates, line up the tritium to face you by only turning the top plate. I've used this type for better than 10 years now with no problems. My Fancy Title
I'm considering some of the bright glo paint kits - for $20 it would be an option for several of my weapons... any thoughts on those?
appreciate everyones feedback so far...

I just use $1 paint from hobby lobby. Works great and a bottle lasts forever....The glow paint there does not work though.
