    2/15/10 - Cavalry Arms announces they are closing up shop
    2/17/10 - ATF Raids Sabre Defence and takes almost everything

    I wonder if this has anything to do with it.

    If they are siezing assets from a FFL and those assets are guns and gun parts so the ATF has to be involved.
