"In December of last year, Aerospace Manufacturing Services of Colorado filed suit in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee claiming that it is owed $1.05 million for 2,400 .50-calibre machine gun firing bolts."

If they are siezing assets from a FFL and those assets are guns and gun parts so the ATF has to be involved.

If they are siezing assets from a FFL and those assets are guns and gun parts so the ATF has to be involved.

Seizing assets is the job of the courts in a dispute such as this. It is not the job of a federal agency charged with prosecuting people for breaking laws regarding firearms...

Hoser was it Cav Arms or the CEO at fault? So far I understand there is no actual reason given.
I wasn't asking about Cav Arms,{that is old news},but Sabre Defense. They were trying to buy Cav Arms at one point.

Also Ridge brought up a point that I was going to post,above,that I was going to post.

On February 27, 2008, agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives executed a federal search warrant on the business premises of Cavalry and on the private residence of its CEO, Shawn Nealon. We have immediately engaged legal counsel to resolve this matter with the federal government. Cavalry is confident that all its conduct has been lawful in carrying out its business activities. The Government has yet to share with the company details of the investigation or the cause precipitating the search warrant. Cavalry is cooperating with the federal investigation. To date, no accusations of wrongdoing have been filed against Cavalry or any of its employees regarding alleged illegal activity.
