Perhaps he intends to destroy the camera, who knows (can you assure me of his motivation?)? If I recall, his finger is off the trigger, and he is taking a picture of himself, who cares? This is a firearms forum, not a Brady campaign discussion board. He's not threatening you, there's absolutely no danger to you from him taking, having, or posting his picture, and you cannot stifle his ability to have or post it either! If you're intimidated by an inanimate picture, I suggest counseling.
Bottom line, I don't see any violation of the firearm safety laws in his picture, again people it was a friggin' camera!
