Some high school kids keep doing burn outs in a riced out CRX up and down my street. I'm thinking about taking a shot at them with the garden hose.

When I was in High School (in the dark ages) we had race riots, shootings, knifeings, and beatings beyond comprehension. 2 dead 3 really fuked up. I got cut, and a freind stabbed.
We didn't have SWAT, and very little media coverage. The cops kicked ass, and the race riot thing never again came about at our school.
So with all the wonderful security we have now how the hell does this shit happen?
