The nine bills signed into law Wednesday will:

I highly doubt they will be able to collect the out of state internet sales tax. that means all the retailers will have to start adding another section to their websites, collect the CO state tax, pay the CO state tax when they do not operate in CO. Gonna be extremely tough to do...
I am also amused by the reduction of the income tax credit for alternative fuel vehicles...here is Obama pushing and pushing to get alternative fuel vehicles out there and now the lure to do so is being destroyed by Ritter.
