    I just can't wait to be taxed into prosperity! Neither can the steel mill here in Pueblo, they get to pay an additional 2 million dollars into this prosperity by taxation!

    Ritter signed something the LEGISLATURE passed. He didn't do it alone. Ritter isn't running again but there a some of people started this in the legislature are up for vote. Remeber that when you vote.
