Default Does anyone have any idea what this is worth?

Sorry if this is not in the appropriate forum, I just couldnt think of a better place to ask. Once I have an idea I will put up a thread in the For sale forum.

What I have is a Browning Bantam bow. Its gotta be around 30 years old. I would say it is in fair-good shape. I've got 44 arrows for it too. I use to play around with this, but it has been sitting in my closet for probably 15 years.

    Any help is always appreciated.

    Thanks

Need to do a search for collector bows. Might be worth something especially to a collector.

I doubt it has any collector value. There is one listed on Craigslist for $100: http://boston.craigslist.org/bmw/spo/1615479329.html

Which I seriously doubt he will get. Several have sold on ebay in the $30 to $40 range. I bought one for $35 a few months back. The arrows are probably worth as much as the bow depending on what exactly you have. For your whole package, I'd be looking for $100 or so.

You'd probably wont even get that to be honest. while Longbows and recurve bows can hold a bit value, Compound bows really dont hold any value if it isn't current tech. Compound bows have only really been around for 40+ years.

Thanks for the info guys. I was thinking the same thing that it was outdated technology.

most older bows unless something special are - $20-50. This one is an old compound, so it might not have much value. Older recurve or longbow would have better value.

I've posted on your other thread a question about the arrows. they are probably worth something, depending on their length and if they are aluminum. Probably in the same price range as the bow... $20-40.

you should just paint it all black and call it the rambo bow!
