Yup. You wont be able to get on until next month now I believe. It happened last month too but not until the 29th I think. They are exceeding what they pay for. Or am I wrong on the monthly thing?

    You are correct.
It has happened a number of times.
Always at the end of the month.

It is usually OK come the 1st.

Just received and email from Dudley Brown at RMGO:
(BTW: If this is inappropriate, please feel free to remove.. )
(Qualifier: I am a member of RMGO and will contribute - however you have the benefit of "Free Will" and can do as you like. )

ColoGunMarket sucking down the bandwidth, and went down --
We need you to Chip In!

If you enjoy our website Colorado Gun Market, we need your help.

Over the last year, this site has been sucking down the bandwidth -- which means, essentially, that lots of people are viewing it, daily. In fact, over the last few months it's gotten so bad that you've seen the site go down several times... including this weekend and today. Unless we upgrade some capabilities, it's going to get worse.

Administration of the site takes up a lot of staff time -- so much that RMGO hired an additional staff member, partially to help with the workload.

Rocky Mountain Gun Owners' main purpose is, however, to fight against gun control and advance our right to keep and bear arms, not administer web pages. But we want to keep it going.

To do so, we must upgrade. But upgrading the capability of our site is expensive -- much more than we anticipated.

So, we're going to do something we've never done: asking those of you who use Colorado Gun Market to Chip In to help keep Colorado Gun Market going.

We're not asking for much -- $10, $20....or $5 or $50. But whatever you think it's worth, whatever you can afford.... just Chip In to keep this site going.

Click here if you'd like to help.

If everyone Chips In, we should be able to upgrade the site immediately.
Do you think it is important to help where help is needed?
And, just to balance things out... how about a link to where we can contibute to THIS board and I will match my RMGO contribution for

It was down at the end of February, was fine on March 1st as expected, and now the "bandwidth exceeded" message is coming up again on March 2nd.

Either there is a bug in the server or someone that doesn't like the site is running a Denial of Service attack.
