You can send it back to kel tec and they will change the springs for you and will have about half the pressure. Only had to pay for the shipping for the work done. If you get a chance to try the pf-9 all the diffence in the world, same kick but the trigger is great for a doa.

I have a PF9, an although the recoil is brutal, it does the trick, and has respectable capacity (7+1) and the trigger is FAR better than the Taurus .45 I just bought as a CCW gun. That damn Kel Tec is so light I always forget i'm carrying it. I swear, sometimes it feels like a cell phone in my pocket.

I had a P-11 a few years back, when they had issues (which Kel-Tec has since corrected) and I think they're great guns..

The other thing I like about the P11 is that you can find P40 conversion kits...

Kel-tec quit making P40s because of issues related to limp-wristing (on such a small platform), and that it's possible to put in a S&W 59 mag and get 15+1 rounds in something so small...

guess I'm a glutten for recoil, I want to try a P40... I don't have any .40 S&W guns yet..
