Figured I would drop some notes on Valley Heating and Air.
The place I work at was in need of some HVAC work. The guy they were currently using was a constant no show/no answer type of person. I told them I knew someone that would be there any time we need them to and they gave me the green light to get someone new. I called Bryan, he put us on the books, showed up on time and did an outstanding job. Everything from little filter changes/tune up's, to installing (4) new shop heaters.
+1 Highly recommended.

We've switched to valley at my work also. +5 or so now
+1 for Valley and Bryan. I called this Tues PM and someone was here Thurs AM. I expected to be sweating a lot longer than basically a day. Only complaint was that another technician was sent instead of Bryan :-). I was looking forward to meeting another board member but can't complain with the quick and professional response!
I've been limping my builder-grade air conditioner a couple summers now, and once again this year, it didn't have any refrigerant at the start of the season. Called up Valley. One of Bryan's technicians was there promptly, gave me a charge to get me going, and then Brian came to do the leak detection. Found the leak right away, versus Swann, who claimed they couldn't find a leak last year, and that my system must have been low on coolant at the install.
Bryan gave me a realistic appraisal and several options for repair or replacement. I ended up gritting my teeth and having the whole furnace and AC replaced. They showed up when they said they would, completed a challenging job in a day, and now I don't have massive air leaks in my mechanicals room and the house seems a lot more level in terms of cooling.
Nothing but great things to say, and if you find yourself in need of HVAC services in the Northern Colorado area, Valley gets my full endorsement.
Math is tough. Let's go shopping!
