What kind of peep sight is that?

"redfield palma sights and Olympic globe" they where based in Colorado but went out of business a while ago for some issue in disposing waste or something with the machine shop. the CMP sold them with the sights it was a very good deal back than since the sights were as much as the gun it self! i bought mine last year form my small bore coach for a deal that i could not pass up. i know gunsport has two of them one with sights and one with out.

Just got this recently... but I am already enjoying it.

Put about 200 rounds through it - most at the recent Appleseed shoot...
Got it dialed in to dime sized groups...
Would like to find a compensator for it... ideas?

HEY! That gun looks familiar. The guy you bought it from ran a Tac65. Although I think he would have gone thunderbeast or swr spectre if done again so as to be able to run it on magnum guns. The spectre is my favorite, nice because of disassembly ability also.

I think mine would be my Remington 541X. I picked it up new in the box (surplus) from the CMP back in the late '90's. It's a lot of fun. Although, my Ruger MkII S/S Competition model with all Volquartsen guts is another possibility. I shoot it every week from October until April for Winter League Bullseye competition.
