    Not sure on that yet...
    However, this IS in there...

I can see alot of out of state companies not selling to CO residents because why should they hire/pay personel to collect state tax not of their own and then send it back to CO.

    Taxing everything they can.
I think Ritter heard something about "change" and thought citizens shouldn't have any change when it could wasted by the government.

A little off topic but I received a notice that the new soda and candy tax goes into effect on May 1st. another 2.9% from my pocket and into the free spending fund.

I thought taxes had to be approved by a vote? That's why all the increases in car registration were called "Fees" It's all a load of BS

This goes hand in hand with Obama trying to re-energize international tourism to the US by......deep breath......charging everyone $10 to come here.

Anyone who doesn't have to go through the visa process and pay the other fees (10x that or more, I forget exactly) isn't going to be deterred by a $10 fee. It's getting the visa -- depending on where you are from -- and dealing with the security theater in the airports that will deter visitation.

The guy on the radio said that it is MUCH more expensive to visit any other country, except they hide the fees in the airline tickets. I think he said it was over $100 for most of Europe and $39 for Australia. I'm not going to lie, that was a stretch.
