    Default CCW at Denver Museum?

Is concealed carry legal at the Denver Museum of nature and science?

"Concealed" being the key word here. Might be legal, but they can still ask you to leave.

It's a public building owned/operated by the City and County of Denver. It falls under the requirement of having "electronic screening devices and security personnel at each entrance" if they want to prohibit concealed carry.

They can ask you to leave. You can refuse. It's not private property so asking you to leave doesn't comply with the law. Nor does posting "No CCW" signs. They have to comply with the law just like you do.

But if your gun is concealed this shoudn't be an issue.

I am not positive that it is owned and operated by CCOD.
