Default Dept of Education buying 27 short Shotguns

Why does the Dept of Education need to buy 27 Short Barrel Shotguns? The answer: is because they're compatible with the shotgun inventory they already have!!! WTF is going on with this .gov????

Yeah I saw that...they are going to need a lot more than 17 shotguns, but it could be a step in the right direction

I see where it's the US Dept. of Education buying them, with a delivery address in Chicago, but I don't see the part that mentions any certain school, or schools. Where's that at?

But, I agree. WTF does the Dept. of Education need twenty-seven 14" barrelled Remington 870's for?
