    Default F'n thiefs... @$#^@!$!&

why do people have to take others stuff... I just still can't understand this.

neighbor knocked on the door early this morning... check your cars, we're missing a bunch of electronic items from several of their cars. Cb's, radar detectors and crap.

Yep, sure enough, the one time I didn't lock the car doors, the ipod is gone. Apparently they are only taking items that are plugged into power or input jacks etc. Thankfully they didn't bust any windows or stuff...

what a pain in the axx.

Dont get me started. I wouldnt want to try to list it all. Ive had so much stuff stolen I could have bought a new car for what its cost me to replace it all. I empathize with you. I guess there are a lot of other people who think they need my s**t more than I need it.

yeah, I'm the type of guy that would rather have you come ask for help if you needed something... i'm reluctant to give money or whatever, but if you can prove your case, I'll probably give you some food or whatever... don't take my stuff I've worked hard for.

I'm very tired of locking everything, protecting everything, I have hundreds of keys to sort out each time you want to use a door, start a car, get a tool from the garage etc... very frustrating.

My wife left one door on the minivan unlocked a couple weeks ago, and we had some punks go through the neighborhood.....they got a bunch of DVD and a Blu-Ray case out of her van. The thing that made me laugh was that the discs were in the player! HAHAHAHA!!! They got a bunch of empty cases, with the sole exception of the blu-ray case.....the DVD copy was in the player and the blu-ray was in the case. So, not as bad as it could have been. But I'd love to have seen the looks on their faces when they opened up the cases!

My daughters boyfriend/roommate had his stereo amp and Kicker bass box stolen out of his vehicle the second night they were in their new apartment.

The bad thing is that I had warned both of them that they needed to conceal those items - without LOOKING like they were concealing items!

At least the thief in their case not only didn't break any windows or anything to get in, he also carefully removed the items from tehvehicle instead of ripping them out. he even took the time to carefully lay the loose wires neatly across the back on the rear seat.

    Some peoples kids.

Currently, I'm dealing with vandals that keep returning to my neighborhood - same guys each time - I've seen them twice but can't catch them.

I've got a couple of stories about thieves coming into my (open) garage. One didn't end in my favor, the other is funny as hell! I'll have to tell you all about it some time.

Man, I'm about to move into a one bedroom apt so the wife and I can save some money (FINALLY kicked out teh mom-in-law)... and it's cheap so it's not the greatest part of town... grrr.... I don't like having to worry if my stuff is safe. I don't have a lot but what I do have took a long time to get.

The frequency of car break in's (especially if you drive a Honda, or pretty much any sport compact) is the reason that I don't keep a gun in my vehicle.

Yep, I'm not even comfortable making a stop on the way to the gun range for fear of those bastards.
