    some idiot will pay for it. theres always someone you there, some fanboy.

    chances are if this is legit the guy knows they will be on the market soon so hes trying to sell one for such an ungodly amount that he can go out and buy 5 once they come out. ill bet you anything it shoots like any old ar15. sure it has a few nice gizmos on it, but so what? i could build the worlds greatest ar15, a real tack driver, for at most a third of that, optics included, hell, suppressor included!

    very true...someone wants to say they have the first, then when the market gets flooded and price finally comes down to a more reasonable $1800 or so he will look/feel like a complete fucking moron.

    It might be worth that much if it was proven to be the rifle used by Oswald to shoot JFK.

    Personally, If I had the gun and a bidder placing a $15k bid on it...he'd be the happy new owner of an ACR.

    hell he might get $20K out of it...you just never know...and with the release date getting pushed further and further it gives him that much more time to get a premium. I guess it is good capitalism on his part, but the consumer on the other hand is a complete idiot
