I'll show this to the wifey as an explanation as why I want to buy an older fighter jet if I win the Powerball. Well the powerball would have to be 100 million after taxes.

Here is the link for your own fighter. Since I shared this with you, I expect an open backseat. LOL

C-5A had this on it too. They took it off for the B models. It just caused too many mx problems and didn't really help that much. I still harbor a serious dislike for the Freds. Load 36 pallets on there just to have the F'n thing have a mx problem found during pre-flight and have to download and tailswap the load. They have their place, but I would rather load the 36 pallets on 6 C-130's or a couple of C-17s and be done with it. The chances a C-130 isn't going to fly is pretty rare. Very different crew mentality.

Sorry, kinda spiraled off into some old dirt there...
Mom's comin' 'round to put it back the way it ought to be.

When I was in Iraq I just got done pulling guard duty on top of this house we just seized for a OP/AP. I was on top of the roof, about 10mins I was racked out, I hear this rumbling in the air, the sound was disabling, all I could do is curl in a ball, I thought I was literally gonna die. I manage to look up and all I see is this A-10 Warthog fly right on top of us, thing couldn't be more then 50 feet away from the top of that roof. That thing sounded like DEATH. I'm glad I wasn't on the receiving end of whatever it was gunning for.

Thanks for posting those A-10 Warthog videos. Whenever I heard that name, I always thought of AC-130s.

Is the Warthog the plane in that picture about God subcontracting his wrath?
