Ugh ... don't get me started on CSPD.

If you have to deal with law enforcement in The Springs, pray to GOD its a Sheriff's deputy that shows up, not a CSPD clown (there are a few good guys on the force here, but for the most part I'm not impressed with the professionalism of the department in general ... not sure if I can find a copy of the story online about the "rampaging buffalo" but its indicative of the department).

In searching I found a couple of forum threads that refered to the shooting and linked a story on The Denver channel (that is now dead).

120 rounds fired and ZERO of the buffalo were actually killed by CSPD (the guy from the packing company showed up with a lever gun in 30-30 and killed each of the buffalo with a single shot). Some of the homes and cars hit in the melee were at a 90deg angle to the officers so God only knows how they did that.
