    I don't understand why he used 22 different pens to sign this bill. What is the deal with that?

    Well, they are talking about it on NPR right now, so I guess I'll find out.

    It sounds like presidents sign things with multiple pens just so they can give them out as souvenirs. Apparently it started with Truman or something.

    Have to be kind of an asshole to use 22 pens to create a souvenir that commemorates an occasion of you being a world class douche bag.
