If you are not using your gun to defend your life or the life of someone else under some implied threat (note, I don't add "property" here) then you are in the wrong, and will probably be prosecuted. What about something like a repeated squatter situation where cops can't really do anything?

I don't mention this to pick on you, it's an extremely common attitude I see with many firearm owners. Understood, no offense taken at all! lol.

And I know you actually have a very good history with this, so I don't need to tell you - you have lived it. Your CCW story, I still remember it quite well - everybody walked away. Roger, just cause I "want" to "shoot the bad guys" and "clean the gene pool" doesn't mean I don't have the self control to judge the situation and try to keep my butt out of prison... Like my dad used to say, "I may be dumb, but I ain't stupid." lol.

Thanks foxtrot. What about teh "Castle Doctrine"? How would that play into this situation, especially since the No Tresspassing signs were displayed? Just picking brains.
