I would like to join the club shoot. I'm new to this so I need to ask if it's cool or do I need to do anything? Do it cost anything? Are there directions to the site?

From Parker, is it easier for you to get to Woodland Park or, Deckers?

Answer that and We'll go from that point..

Woodland park is good, I live a mile from I-25 on Lincoln. Straight shot to CO Springs.

Woodland Park is the long way for you.

Go to Sedalia then take 67 to Deckers. Google Maps from Parker to Dekers will show you the way. It's easy as long as the mountain roads are dry. When you run out of asphalt, you have a fork in the road next to a bar on the west side of the road. Doesn't matter which road you take. they both empty off to the same road. The left fork has less grade. The right fork has some iffy spots, but is faster.

Edited to add: I assume the shoot is at the South Site?
Mom's comin' 'round to put it back the way it ought to be.

Cool that works, I've gone both ways, sorry, I've driven both ways lol. The Bar your talking about, is this the bar where the motorcycle trail comes out. If it is I've ridden and fished up there many times.

Yep, that is. There's better fishing down by Deckers and in Cheeseman Canyon, though. I used to fish upstream from Deckers for about a half mile or so and had my share of 50+ fish days. Cheeseman is tough until you figure out how to match the hatch and not spook the fish. It can be real tough, but lots of really good sized trout there.

Yep, I love fishing Cheesman canyon. Well cool. I did discover that if you take the time and read a little bit you can find info like GPS coordinates. I know exactly where its at. Thanks all.
