I like the Twin Lakes area. It has the panoramic view and in the summer you can drive to Aspen. I live in Pueblo too, you are right it is dull. Closest real regular town is Buena Vista. Only thing is the winters are bitterly cold and your house would probably need to have a good wood stove to be warm economically. Check it out!
