    If you were born in Mexico, you'll always be of Mexican descent, no matter which country you move to. You can say American of Mexican descent, but since the Mexican part is constant and the country of current residence might not be, it makes sense to put it in the back.

    Personally, I don't feel it is necessary to have specific groups for different kinds of people, but the market allows for and encourages specialization, just like in every single other market, so I don't let it bother me.

    Can you imagine what a pain in the ass it'd be to go on a date, ask what she likes and have her just say, "food" and not get any more specific?

    when i was a kid my dad told me I had a lot of cherokee indian in me (which i do). i asked which part of me was indian...he told me my left leg.

    so what did i do, I went to school and blabbed about how my left leg was cherokee indian!

    I've taken to just flat out ignoring all race questions. I don't give a shit if they have to report to the government.
