Well that whole "personality profile" thing leaves me out. But I too will spread the word.
Oh I know, I've responded to most of them. I haven't had a single call back. I don't think I responded to this particular ad because I don't have any formal HVAC training. However, I'm reconsidering if I can move into an apprenticeship position. I have excellent customer service skills, can learn anything you can teach me, have some call center experience, and the benefits are pretty good. I'll know if I want to apply by Monday Refryguy.

Not a big chance on the HVAC apprenticeship. We might have an Electrical Apprenticeship soon. We may have a spot for a basic Apprenticeship that could give you experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Excavation, but you'd basically be the Plumbline bitch. You don't want that job, trust me.
What I'm looking for is someone to take me on as an Electrician Apprentice. HVAC is my second choice for apprentice. How much does the Apprenticeship pay and what do you need from me? Give me to Monday and I'll PM you and send my resume.
