Very small victory. They were law breakers on multiple counts and he simply detained them until the proper authorities could take over. He didn't even actually harm them. They deserve NOTHING from him.

I don't see it as much of a win considering illegal aliens were basically given rights that should only belong to an American.
MALDEF should be disbanded and all the money they have stashed given to the border patrol and the rancher.

seems like a waste of the ranchers time and taxpayers dollars to me.

MALDEF shouldn't be disbanded at all. Instead they should represent Mexican-AMERICANS and ignore illegals.
