    Default Vltor Charging Handle Assembly

    Ok - question:
Vltor BCM Gunfighter Charging Handle Assembly...
    They have 3 model lengths...
    Mod 3 Large
    Mod 4 Medium
    Mod 5 Small

If you use one of these...
Which length did you choose and would you choose a different length in hindsight...
    Do you like it...
    Problems/issues?
    Thanks in advance...

I chose the Medium CH, and would not get another size looking back. It's just large enough, that It functions well, just using my left index finger, even with gloves on. The large one would have been too large for me, and the small one probably would have given me issues trying to use it one handed with gloves. I haven't had any issues with it, and don't foresee any issues. I don't like the Gunfighter charging handle, I love it (cheesy I know), there is no reason IMO to not get one. Even if your current Charging handle is brand new, replace it with this one.

I have the med one on my rifles and they work very good if you have optics. If you have no optics I would reccomend the small one.

I use the large one, but shoot left handed so it's nice to have a little extra to grip onto since I have to reach under the gun to run the CH.

If I were a normal right handed/eyed shooter I would use the med. latch.

I took a file to mine & smoothed out the top & bottom edges a little. The sharp points on the face serrations were making my fragile little girlish hands sore.
