    Default old scope-German ?

    Tried posting this in curios and relics and it got lost. I 've had this for awhile and was wondering if any of you guys had a clue about age,country info ? Says lose on one side of lever and fest on the other side.Also has 9923 stamped on mount body.Thanks in advance.
