Default Looking for cheap decent Gunsmith

Looking for someone that wont take 4-6 weeks with a very simple job. I bought a mini 14 used and the gas block was taken apart by the previous owner. So i am looking for someone to replace the gas block screws which are boogered up a little and put it back on correctly to torque specs with some lock-tite. Everything else looks good but could use a look at by an expert. I called around and was quoted 70$ and 6 weeks out. which in my opinion is just plain crazy for a job that would take 15 minutes and replacing screws that are about a buck each to torque them down to 35 inch lbs. I would do this myself but i dont have the tooling to make sure the block is on perfectly straight. so is there anyone here that wants to make a few buck or can recommend someone honest to do this work in a reasonable time?

Have you tried this place? My friend bought their adjustable gas block and installed it himself. They are in Aurora. http://www.ruger-mini-14-firearms.co...ccessories.php
