nice explorer! how many transmissions have you burned through they give you your frequent replacement transmission punch card yet after 4 you get the 5th free??????

lol yea don't get me started what has happen to the explorer i am driving right now! its fine now, but boy was there some problems early on! great car though i love the space and being able to put all my gear in it and helps going back a forth from college i just hit, 100,000 miles on it last week!

how in the hell does a transfer case and rear axle go when my mother was driving this car?????? at 44,000 miles?????? and is just 4,000 miles passed warranty seriously???

I know the problems. I have read through all of them over at Explorer forum. Very knowledgeable guys there when it comes to Explorers by the way.

This one has over 200,000 and the wife drives it daily.

Never had one problem in the two/three years we have owned it other than routine maintenance.

I just got lucky I guess.
