    used motor oil in an extreme emergency, or one of those box stores poulans/craftsmans etc. for those of us that have the husky's, sthils, jonsreds. clean, out of container is what works best.
    i've been using the sthil syn mix and that stuff like other syn mix also keepsp the mixed fuel longer than standard mix does.

    seeing how you have no clue what the chainsaw uses and where it goes. I hope you have some form of protective gear. that kickback and be a real stitch(es)

    I have used chainsaws in the past I just have never maintained them, hence why I was asking. I always wear protective gear.
