    All privately owned pools, trampolines, and play ground equipment must be behind fences if the owner wants to keep their property coverage. Those in the list are known as attractive nuisances. Basically means that it is something fun so people will be much more likely to use said equipment, even if they are not invited or allowed to be there.

    Of course, you could leave it un-fenced and just poke a pellet gun out of an upstairs window and pick off any rug-rats who choose to trespass.

    Problem is that you'd have to stay there 24/7
