Rep. Betty Boyd of Lakewood is supporting this too. We should have an Open Carry night at a Starbucks to support our side. Anyone in?

thats a great way to prohibit anyone who has ever been charged with a crime from getting a gun. and here i thought it was innocent until proven guilty. even if a person has been charged with a felony, it doesnt mean that they did it, and it sure as hell doesnt mean that they have been convicted. restraining orders are a joke. i tried to get one against a neighbor that was charged with felony assault against me. he retaliated with an restraining order attempt against me. he had been charged, and had confessed on video tape of assaulting me, he lied greatly in his request for a restraining order against me, and the judge said that I HAD TO TURN ALL OF MY GUNS OVER TO THE SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT UNTIL THE CASE WAS HEARD. so here i am the victim of a violent assault causing permanent damage, and the judge took my guns away! they didnt take his away, and he had threatened to kill me. needless to say i was not happy with the judicial system. but it really shows that the courts, law enforcement, and the government will do as they please. they propose all of these laws in the name of "public safety" but the reality is that they just dont want guns around.
my gun rights are far to valuable for me to take a chance, it cost me about $1500 on my attorney to make sure this b.s. didnt go any further.

I have always wanted to move to Arizona, Here lately there have been allot of perks to that plan. Arizona has taken allot of steps in the right direction in my opinion. Colorado is very pretty but all that this state has asked for is pot. And does not seem to be on my side in my personal values or needs. Unlike allot of Movie stars that said they would move to Canada I am actually going to follow through with My threat as soon as finances allow.
