    VERY DISAPPOINTED...

Mostly disappointed in the attitude of one of the sales staff and the person handling new memberships. The membership person did not give me their full attention, they continued to work on the computer rather than address my questions first. They also weren't very personable and a bit condescending in their tone. Didn't appear to me that they wanted or needed members. He also didn't seem to know all the member benefits and discounts as in what they entailed as I'd have to ask very specifically. I would think they'd try their best to pump up the club, but not so.

Then I overheard one of the salesman talking to a customer who was looking at one of their 50% off ARs. The salesman said he'd keep the upper and junk the lower… Okay I appreciate and want honesty. But if I was the shop owner, its not something I'd want from my employee to call our stuff crap... If the lower is indeed crap, then they should do something about the quality of the lower..

    Needless to say, I didn't join….
They did; they bought a whole lot of Double D Armory, LTD lowers, and used them in place of the "crap" ones.

The fact that place is still in business amazes me. I stopped by recently to check out a particular brand of safe they had, then wasted some time looking around. Don't plan to go back.

Just finished my first set of reloads, and thinking of going in during lunch. Problem is that everyone I work with is always around, and I don't know how easy it will be for me to scoot in off the radar. I want to go when it's slow so I can get in, test my loads, and get out. Any advice?

That's not a bad idea. Anyone have a bald cap, a cane, and some super dark glasses I could borrow?

I was there this week and had a salesperson telling me that the glock 34 without any ports in the barrel was compensated to reduce recoil. That's why the slide was missing the top: to allow gasses to escape. I looked at him as if to see if he was kidding. I checked the barrel for ports, none. "It's compensated, alright, and does a great jib of reducing recoil because the gasses escape through the top of the barrel." Ok. Magic compensation through the top of a barbell without holes. Sigh

I think I signed up for their range years ago. I was member like 26 or so. So for years there was nothing more then a promise. Let my membership laspse for 2 months after paying for, what 18-24 months whenever they opened their 6 Lane range... They opened up their bigger facility, I went back asked to reinstate my membership. I was told I had too pay the initiation fee again. I was like wtf you had my money for years with nothing, and you want me to pay again? Piss off. Never went back

I called last week asking them their policy on transfers from out of state, the guy told me their fee, and what they need from the seller's FFL. All fine by me. Now I called today telling them my gun is on the way, but the person on the phone told me they do not accept transfers from another FFL, large vendors or manufacturers only! WTF is up with their staffs?

The range half is great, the RSOs and training staff are good guys.

The retail side is a hot mess and best avoided.
