For straight-up transfers, I just go to Bill Stark.

I've got a membership there for the range access alone. As others have said that part is great, especially the fact I can schedule time.
The transfer prices struck me as insulting for NFA items, especially since there isn't even a break for being a member, and some of the staff seems to have a "I'm better than you" attitude while others are genuinely friendly.

Last time I did a transfer a Bower's I noticed a bit of a shift in attitude as well, enough so that I don't use them for transfers anymore. Seems like now that they carry their own stock of firearms they were a little offended that I didn't purchase through them (even though they were items they could not get through their distributors at the time).

Recently sold something to a member here and he wanted to do it at Ark, which was no hassle and it seemed to me like they appreciated the business. They will probably get my transfer biz in the future.

Sorry if it's a little off-topic in a Centennial Gun Club thread, just sharing experiences is all.

Any recent feedback on the range; I'm thinking of joining. They're the only place reasonable close to me at the moment.

Also, if you get credit for a referral PM me your info and I'll use it.

I'm a member and I just shoot there. That's it.

I love their range. We don't purchase anything there for retail, because that would be crazy.
But their range is top-notch, and their range masters aren't jerks.

I just generally do not like the staffs attitude. they are not respectful and talk down to new-newer gun people. their sales and prices are a complete joke. I have never sent anyone there. tons of better options.
