I've been a member for a while. They have some weird rules (refused transfer from grtactical) but the range is nice. They are also building another range so shouldn't be as crowded.
You still CANNOT book online. Link takes you to the phone number.

Signed up, said what the heck, it'll make me shoot more.

I successfully logged into https://secure.ezfacility.com/TMSSel...e/default.aspx and set up some time for next Saturday. And a couple of mornings during the week.

Shoot em' if you got em'

We just became members last weekend. Before becoming members we were able to get a range time and a rental and test the place out. The staff was super friendly and the range officer was really helpful when we had issues with the glock we were firing. We even met another couple that were members and they were super nice and answered a bunch of questions we had about being members.
The online range reservations are great, but you really need to plan in advance. Getting to know the lanes and their configurations I have learned is important.
I will admit my last few visits this week have been dissappointing. Last night I was there and the range was insanely crowded. The lane next to me had 5 people using it, a few lanes down I believe was 4 people. All lanes were full of course.
The range overalll is nice and clean and so very well ventilated. This was a big reason we joined, and our prior experience with the staff had been great. Everyone there is knowledgable about the products and are really good about not pushing you into a product. They ask the right questions.
I hope these last few experiences were just anomolies. For what it's worth I don't need a hug from these folks or anything, we are new first time firearm owners and are getting into the sport. Just seems like a sudden change to from our pre-membership experience to our current. I'm hoping it's not one of those, we'll be nice and helpful until you join. I guess when you pay the initiation fee and the couples membership fee all at once and things change you have a little remorse. I'm sure things are fine and we might need to just be more forward with the folks there. Since we are new we are a little shy.
Looking forward to the new facility and getting to know some of the members.

The online reservation now works. Very handy as I can see lane and time schedule. I think the RO's and staff have been great. They noticed me kicking my brass against the wall and asked if I'm a reloader. They helped me keep track of my fired brass and even swept brass forward of the firing line to me so I could pick and choose. If anything, I've experienced more ego from customers rather than the staff. If you want to go shooting sometime let me know. I'll gladly go with you folks. The crowds are understandable as there are a lot of new firearms owners of late. My wife being one also.

We had a much better day today! It probably helped that when we got there it wasn't too crazy yet. There was some havoc when we were leaving and I felt bad because the people next in line for our lane got a late start because so many people were in there trying to check in for a class or something. One of the RO's who actually checked us in helped my wife out with things I was having trouble with helping her correct. I try not to seem pushy with her for correcting things so it was good to have someone else convey that information. Was very helpful for her. It's that kind of support and friendliness that drew us in when we first visited. We don't expect "free" lessons but some helpful tips from time to time are always welcome. Seeing instant improvement also gives us confidence in their instruction for classes and private lessons.

I agree they are a bit overwhelmed with the surge in new owners and I see people becoming members every time I am there. Heck I looked at a rifle yesterday afternoon and wanted the wife to see it today and it was long gone.

We have setup a little schedule for ourselves, M-W-Sa. Late evening on the weekdays and mid morning on Saturdays. I was initially worried about having Lane 1 today (short), but was perfect for us working on our sighting and trigger pulls. Decided to get it again for next Sat to do the same.

Went to their store lat night and was really impressed. Super clean and they have tons of staff. For the most part they are all very friendly and willing to help, but i am sure they are just annoyed with every person off the street coming in to ask questions.

They had tons of inventory from all the major brands for AR rifles, scope rings and bases of all types, holsters, clothing, cleaning and maintenance stuff, and tons more. They have stuff that is back-ordered several months online, in stock and at regular MSRP prices. They did have some ammo that seemed slightly higher than normal though. They had crazy amounts of in stock handguns, and several tactical shotguns and rifles. Prices seemed higher than MSRP but less than the current industry wide prices from panic buying.

Overall good place and I will go back.

I guess my review disappeared. I am a member of the place though I am trying to cancel for a few reasons. Their new range isn't built yet(from what I saw last time I drove by work hasn't even started) and it was supposed to be complete by now. They don't accept shipments from an private individual, they don't ship out, and they told me to mark a gun as machine parts to send it... that last item would have me committing a felony and I would certainly wind up in jail.

I didn't follow their advice however I no longer can support their business and I'm working on canceling.

Wife and I are both members. Is very clean. Staff very friendly. Lanes work great. We bought a nice S&W 1911 for the wife. 3" for her use. They did not have nice things to say about my Kimber but it functions flawlessly. Maybe they have had some QA issues lately.

I think the expansion has been delayed because of paperwork versus capital but someone in the 411 can clarify.

I am not sure why they have issues trading FFL info with gun manufactures. I ordered a LaRue and they needed FFL info from the gun store I would be picking it up from. LaRue stated it was waiting for Centennial to send info, Centennial wanted LaRue to send theirs first. I don't know who was right or wrong ended up getting local shop in Parker to send info to LaRue they were ok with this and now I am in Que and waiting patiently.

They had a booth at Tanner. We stopped by without announcing we were already members. Asked about the new facility, we were told financing has been approved, paperwork is signed. Hopeful for ground breaking within 2 weeks. Now, keep in mind, when we signed up a few months ago we were told it would be any day. Starting to remind me of the movie The Money Pit...."how long will this take?....Two weeks."

At least my excitement is renewed, lets see if this is real!

They already had a "groundbreaking" party late last year. Same old BS from them. I've been a member for awhile now and that's the same story they keep spewing. I'm getting pretty pissed. They need to Cowboy Up with their members and tell us exactly what the friggen hold up is.
