    Default Centennial Gun Club

While at the Tanner Gun Show I saw this huge banner for a "Centennial Gun Club".

Its not yet built. But they're trying to raise interest and membership.

Very interested as it would be very close to my house.

Was wondering if anyone had info about it? Heard anything about it? Thoughts?

    TIA!

I did the impulse buy and joined. The initiation fee was ~$140 and it is $30 per month when it opens. This is a club house, millionaire-style club. It is like Scottsdale, Arizona club complete with machine gun rentals. That is why I joined.

God I hope it's not too much like Scottsdale Gun Club. A lot of folks in there are real pricks...mostly because they have a lot of money. Trust me I know, I live there.

+1 I'm in Patrick's boat. I have a friend that put the $$ down and joined. I am curious to see some progress first.

Default More info on Centennial Gun Club

    www.centennialgunclub.com

Best way to keep up is to let them have an email address on you. They have been collecting as many as we can, and as major milestones are made, we will blast out info to our friends and contacts.

I live in Parker, I am an Army Reserve guy who is mostly a competitive service rifle shooter, an old service pistol shooter, with an Infantry and SF background. Heck, I will shoot anything.

And on the comment on Scottsdale Gun Club, hopefully they are a much nicer group of dedicated shooters!!

    Keep in touch.

I talked to them at Tanner this past weekend. They talk a good talk but they haven't broken ground yet. The problem is that if they have not received the proper approval from the city, they may never open. Also, they say they are the largest indoor shooting range with 26 lanes, Scottsdale Gun Club has 32. The artist renderings and the "live" pictures do have a strong resemblance to Scottsdale.

Any recent updates on this one? It would be great since it's right down the road.
