MSRP? I was in there last week and they had 100-rd boxes of Winchester .45acp for over $60. These boxes could regularly be found for $35-40 before panic prices kicked in. They also had Surefire 60-round AR mags for over $160. I will save my money and take my business to a company that does not take advantage of us during tough times and is only supporting the 2nd amendment rights of the rich and wealthy.

Thumbs down Rude treatment at Centennial Gun Club

I recently purchased a $2000 rifle at the listed retail price. I was not aware of their policy which provides three hours of free range time with a firearm purchase and left the store with my rifle. I spoke to a friend two days later and he mentioned the policy of free range time with a firearm purchase. I returned to the business the 3rd day after my purchase with my receipt in hand and explained the situation. The salesman was pretty rude and he all but called me a dishonest liar for trying to get the "free" range passes. I was embarrassed in front of many other customers and I left the business for the last time. This was very degrading and humiliating to me and was totally undeserved.

Centennial Gun Club lost my future business and I will never refer anyone!

Honestly there are some real assholes in the gun buissnes. There are many gun stores I will not go back to. As much as they "care" about the gun hobby they dont care to educate or listen and are quick to call you something. To bad you cant return the rifle.

I encourage people to get the word out when these incidents occur. There are so many gun shops to choose from that if a few bottom-of-the-barrel shops eventually go out of business... oh well.

Did you bring your proof of purchase in with you? Everyone there has treated me well. I bought three lowers from them and received my range passes with my lowers. Is there more to this story? Just sayin'.....

I had my dated receipt in hand showing my $2000.00 purchase.

He just asked a reasonable question and you insulted him in return. If your going to post a complaint, it's fair for someone to ask a question so they understand and he did it in a respectful way while relating his experience there. Could be a bad place or a bad salesman.

You should still be in the return period? A $2K return is a pretty good way to make a point. I can say I bought a Ruger pistol for my wife from them when they opened up. I was not impressed. I had much of the same experience at the time and have not gone back. Humorously I did get the passes and have never used them.

BTW: KS63 was only asking a question. I don't read it as calling anybody anything. She(?) (we met once and I seem to remember KS being a girl, I could be getting mixed up though) had a good experience there and gave her input. No need to start going off if you want to garner support. There are many threads on here both good and bad on that place. It seems to majority lean towards bad though.

OK, I got'em mixed up. KS63 is full Bro'. It is hard to keep all the 'Handles' straight. My bad, falling on sword with red face palm to ensue. There were just some great people when we met and I got the names backwards. In my defense it was months ago, not weeks, .

^^^ This. The only person who called you a liar was yourself. I have always been treated fairly there and with courtesy. All I'm saying is the situation seemed out of the ordinary. Have a nice day Bro......
Daaaaammm Hound! We met at the Starbucks on Smoky Hill Rd a few weeks ago and you call me a chick LOL!
