just shoot em! shotguns are awesome, at a minimum it will either shoot or not. give it a few seconds if one doesn't go off just in case it is some kind of delayed fire, but water would enter through the top of the shell at the crimp, have to work its way past the shot and the wad (which is sealed like a mo-fo in there), and then get to the powder and primer. You won't have any issues.
the only thing that may happen is the bottom brass or nickel may turn green and start to semi-corrode. I would just shoot them as soon as you can and call it good.
