    If plastic you are obviously better off, but still not a sure thing.

    It depends upon the shell. I have had some go off fine the next year and other brands not go off right or at all.

    It is unlikely water got in around the primer.

    Some of those shells have a tiny opening where the crimps come together. Water can get in there.

    Thanks, they are plastic and i saw the little hole where it was crimped so i got worried. These will be the ones to get used First.

    Dry them out in the oven.

    Use a blow torch it works better

    Cut one open and see if it got wet. This is the only way to know for sure.
