    Jefferson county is one of the toughest to work with and all they will give you is photo copies if they have the original documents. Otherwise they'll give you a print out of the case summary.

    Have you tried, 303-271-8186? Thats the number I have for them but its not a direct line. My book says Press 1 then Press 0 and you should be able to get to someone.

    $20 for certified copy, which I'm sure is needed for what he's having to go through. Otherwise they would think it's just a fake copy/edited/printed.
