    Default bulls%$# ticket denver pd

    on Friday i was driving on Colorado blvd,3 lanes cop was blocking 2 lanes so i slowed down and came to a stop.the cop then looked at me did not wave me through or tell me to stop,then i drove through the one lane that was open she then pulled me over and gave me a ticket for driving through or around a barricade 100 dollar fine and 3 points bullshit.should i fight it or pay it.

    It's always better to take it to court if you have the time. They will usually lower the points so it does not have as large of an impact on your insurance and they usually will lower the fine too. You didn't happen to take a picture of the way they had the road block setup did you? Sounds kind of strange to me how the officer handled the situation. I guess next time you should roll down the window and ask for very clear and specific directions? Either way go to court and good luck.

    fight it. My co-worker had the similar thing happen here in denver, she fought it and it was dismissed...

    Must not have been a very important road block if the officer can just remove the whole road block to pull you over.
