remington 700 triggers are fully adjustable in factory form. one screw for pull weight, one for overtravel, and one for sear engagement. google it, and you will find instructions.
i adjusted mine, and it is much better than stock. one set of instructions i found just plain didnt work, i found other instructions and was able to do it myself.
