    Default Book: I Sniper

I read this book over the last two nights.
Plot and characters were a bit hokey, but the technical gun stuff was really done well, better than any other book that I have read.
Anyway, it was worth getting from the library.

I've had that book on my PPLD queue for at least 7 months and it still hasn't come in... how'd you get a hold of it?

I requested it from the library about 3-4 weeks ago. It came in last Wednesday. I picked it up last Thursday.

Yup... they are out for me.... They must be getting sick of me spending so much time there. I should just ask for a second job there, that would solve the problem...

Gaaaaaaaahhhhhh!!!!!!! I love Steven Hunter! I've been trying to get this from booksfree.com (like Netflix, but for books), but they don't have it... It looks like a trip to Barnes&Noble is in order unless somebody wants to lend me a copy.

Hunter could easily be my favorite author if only he wrote more often. IMHO, he needs to retire Bob Lee Swagger though. The 47'th Samurai was just a little ridiculous. I have high hopes for I Sniper.

Point of Impact is one of my favorite books. I read the first two sequels but from the reviews I read they went downhill pretty fast after that, and I discovered Jack Reacher so that was that

I thought it was pretty good, better than some of his other books, I agree he should create a new caracter, after Tom Clancys Jack Ryan ended up being the presadent I figured there was no place left to go and quit reading the series.
I read it a few weeks ago on my Kindle.
