...sometimes when I am in a rush and not thinking through things, they accidently get put into different cultural spellings such as colors being colours and license being liscense, etc. My bad.

hahaha I grew up reading lots of books by British authors and my poor mother had the darnedest time trying to get me to stop spelling everything with an "ou" when it should just be an "o".

Color vs colour is a perfect example.

He seemed like a regular guy. Very young looking and clean cut. I know, what 20 year old doesn't look young besides meth heads. Anyway he showed up with both ID's which looked legit to me. He shook my hand and apologized for being a little late. He looked over the pistol and pulled out cash. He went his way and I went mine.

You may not speak it, but you certainly type it quite well! I believe the proper term is that you are "well written".

Glock - Yeah, his little slip up was just enough to tip the scales completely OUT of his favor for me. Any time someone offers you more than your asking prices for something that you haven't indicated there is a lot of interest in I would be concerned.

Additionally, I'd bet this guy would have tried to pay with a check or money order. While I would almost always scream against this, a situation like this (even without knowing about hte other 2 guns) would have had me getting his info off of his Military ID AND his DL because something is fishy there.

as to the guy buying, when he offers more than what you are asking that is an immediate red flag for me, unless I completely de-value something and have a shitload of interest.

I do the same thing - especially with the word armour.

I actually think most of the words look better with the "ou".

Those crisp 20's didn't look like money orders to me.

I'm not too trusting either. It took lost sleep last night running it through over and over in my head.

But then I thought who am I to judge.

Just as I mentioned in one of my other posts any man here could be not right. I also mentioned to glock21 in a pm that any one of these guys on this forum could have a stack of bodies in his basement.
