I am pretty sure there is no military exemption to the 21 age limit to but a handgun. He is also not picky about paying extra that also is a flag. Please be careful.
glock21 I know you mentioned being concerned about him being one of the alphabet fishermen or officer trying to bust illegal sellers. But he has to be one of the dumbest agents/officers if he got our emails mixed up and text the wrong guy. And we are breaking no laws seeing as how private FTF sale is 18 and over.

first off, look down at your keyboard, now look back up at your screen, now look back down at your keyboard, now look back up, do you see my run-on sentence yet? no...okay look back down at your keyboard, over there in the right 1/3rd or so, okay look back up at the screen, still with me? now look back down...over there on the right 1/3 there is a key, it reads out either "ENTER" or "RETURN". look back up at the screen, okay one more time look back down at the keyboard, and push that button, then look back at the screen
see what happens when you hit that button? hit it again
isn't that amazing? hit it again
is it easier to read the last 3 lines or my first few sentence compiled together? hit it again
do it twice now
pretty sweet huh?
now, in all seriousness, I am just busting your balls on the typing, but it makes it much easier when you break it up a bit.
as to the guy buying, when he offers more than what you are asking that is an immediate red flag for me, unless I completely de-value something and have a shitload of interest.
As far as legality, you are okay. as far as seeing the guy buy 3 handguns all in a short period of time, not necessarily odd but something that should raise a flag for sure.
you might still meet him, see what your feelings are and stand firm and just say you decided not to sell the gun and are going to keep it, tell him sorry for wasting his time and move on.
every one has to judge, just read the damn thread hahaha, ill try and space out the op hahaha
